We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders containing ready-to-ship products are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Production times vary depending on the item and current order volume, but most made-to-order orders are completed within 2 weeks before shipment.

Estimated production times are provided on the individual product pages where applicable.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are completed. In some cases, items may be shipped separately at our discretion.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to production requirements, supplier availability, customs processing, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
