Return & Refund Policy

Under Norwegian consumer law (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at officialmiwistudios@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Final Sale items and made to order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded. These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialmiwistudios@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement
